Graphic Designer and Web Content Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Revise and maintain company website.
2.Partner with team to manage social media accounts and campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin ,Twitter, Instagram, etc.
3.Co-design marketing materials for professional development workshops and events using photoshop or another tools.

Requirements:

1.Experience creating marketing content in online and print mediums (1+ years experience).
2.Quality English and Thai communication skills, both written and verbal.
3.Educational or professional background in marketing design or related filed.
4.Familiarity with social media and online advertising platforms.
5.Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and graphic design.

Executive Assistant & Administration

Responsibilities:

1.Communicate with businesses in the US, Europe and Asia in order to manage business and personal accounts.
2. Make travel arrangements.
3.Online research and comparison of services companies and vendors.
4.Manage Petty cash and do accounting report each month.
5.Organization of online account information and important documentation in the cloud.
6.Meeting invitations and manage CEO’s schedule by coordinating with external stakeholders.
7.Manage internal purchase and handle events coordination.

Requirements:

1.Excellent English and Thai communication skills, both written and verbal.
2.Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
3.Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
4.Have at least 1-2 years experiences as an executive assistant or related field.

Learning and Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1.Communicate with clients and provide clients with support, troubleshooting, scheduling, and follow-ups on key learning and development project activities
2.Build and maintain an organized library of consulting assets
3.Create project plans and coordinate with team members, freelancers and vendors to drive results
4.Support and help to coordinate personal development events in Bangkok
5.Maintain strong relationships and communication with clients, other project team members and freelancers
6.Manage online tools for creating assessments, surveys and reports integral to our learning and development projects

Requirements:

1.Thai national.
2.1-year prior work experience – corporate environments preferred.
3.Able to communicate fluently in verbal and written English and Thai.
4.Bachelor’s degree.
5.Experience or education in organizational psychology, human resources development and training, or management consulting preferred.
6.Proficient with Microsoft Powerpoint, Outlook, and Excel.
