One of the big issues facing professional teams in Thailand is the ability to work effectively with people from other countries (and vice versa). As the country continues moves towards the ASEAN model, these skills are becoming increasingly important and many expats find it difficult to deliver the value of their expertise while integrating successfully with Thai teams. Our workshop provides participants with a framework for understanding and resolving these cross-cultural challenges as well as providing specific strategies and the opportunity to network with internationally minded professionals experiencing similar problems.
We also invite you to our evening event on Wednesday 14th June, which covers the most valuable concepts from the full day workshop. The evening will include professional networking, a discussion of 3 keys differing cultural dimensions, practicing effective behaviors, and guidance on how to tackle your specific cross-cultural challenges.
